Building on discussions starting at recent Commercial Drone trade shows, Gretchen West, Senior Advisor at Hogan Lovells, Lisa Ellman, Partner at Hogan Lovells and Dyan Gibbens, CEO and Founder of TrumbullUnmanned decided to capitalize on this momentum and create an organization to more formally move the conversation forward. This trio has a strong passion for working through the challenges of commercial drone operations to grow the industry and make it accessible to all. They are passionate about helping women to succeed in this industry.
 
Gretchen and Lisa also are co-executive directors of the Commercial Drone Alliance, an independent non-profit founded to enable commercial end user enterprises around the world integrate drones into business operations. Dyan also has founded and organized free Drone Camps for underrepresented youth and supports STEM events on energy and environmental initiatives.
